Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
The customer’s order is prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours of receipt. If payment is made by bank transfer, the merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of the payment. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and added to the total amount due along with the purchased merchandise.
RETURNS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or who makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty, subject to the provisions set forth in the following sections.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice of withdrawal to ESTETEAM SRL within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the goods. This notice must be sent by fax, email (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by certified mail with return receipt), or certified mail with return receipt addressed to:

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE NOTIFICATION:
› Customer’s first and last name;
› Customer’s address;
› Reference to the shipping document number;
› The intention to cancel the purchase;
› Description of the returned item and the corresponding amount paid.
Upon receipt of the notice, ESTETEAM SRL will send the Customer instructions via email (to the address provided at the time of the order) regarding the return procedure.
The merchandise must be returned intact and complete with all its parts, in its original packaging, and must have been handled and, if used, treated with normal care, showing no signs of wear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal applies to the entire purchased product: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for only part of the purchased product.
The purchased item must be returned in its normal condition, just as it was received: therefore, used products that show signs of damage, wear, or dirt—and which, as a result, can no longer be considered intact—will not be accepted.
By law, the shipping costs associated with returning the item are the Customer’s responsibility. Furthermore, delivery charges to the Customer and any other ancillary costs indicated at the time the order was placed will not be refunded.
The shipment remains the Customer’s sole responsibility until we confirm receipt at our warehouse.
In the event of damage to the item during transit, ESTETEAM SRL will notify the Customer of the incident to allow them to promptly file a claim with their chosen carrier and obtain a refund for the value of the item (if insured); In this event, the product will be made available to the Customer at the ESTETEAM SRL warehouses for return, and, at the same time, the request for withdrawal will be canceled.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from shipping. If the original packaging and/or wrapping are damaged, ESTETEAM SRL will deduct a percentage—not exceeding 25% of the refund amount—from the refund due, as a contribution toward restoration costs. Subject to any restoration costs for verified damage to the original packaging, ESTETEAM SRL will refund the Customer the cost of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs incurred for delivery) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date of receipt of the goods at its warehouse, either by crediting the credit card (if that payment method was initially used) or via bank transfer. In the latter case, the Customer is responsible for promptly providing the bank account details (IBAN) to which the refund should be sent.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS COMPLETELY VOIDED IF THE ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS OF THE GOOD’S INTEGRITY ARE NOT MET, IN CASES WHERE ESTETEAM S.R.L. DETERMINES:
› Use of the good that has compromised its integrity;
› The absence of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
› The absence of integral parts of the product;
› Opened sealed packages or blister packs;
› Damage to the product.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited, the merchandise will remain at the ESTETEAM SRL facility, available for the Customer to pick up at their own expense.
