General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Art. 1 – General Provisions
1. Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of Products and services made remotely and made available via the Internet through the website www.esteteam.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) in compliance with current Italian legislation as set forth in Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended and supplemented (hereinafter the “Consumer Code”), where applicable, and in compliance with national and international regulations governing e-commerce.
The seller of the products and owner of the Website is ESTETEAM SRL, represented by its current legal representative, with registered office in Milan, Via Varesina 174, VAT No. 12632430158, with registered office in 20156 Milan, registered with the REA of the Milan Chamber of Commerce under No. 1573635 (hereinafter the “Seller”).
Users who access the Website to make purchases (hereinafter the “Customer”) are required to carefully read this document, which is made available on the Website and accepted during the account registration process.
2. Selecting and Ordering Products
The features and prices of the various Products for sale on the Website are listed on the page for each Product.
To purchase retail Products, the Customer must complete and submit the electronic order form, following the instructions provided on the Site.
When adding a Product to the shopping cart, the Customer must enter shipping information and any billing information (if the Customer intends to proceed with the purchase using their VAT number, they must provide a certified email address or, alternatively, the SDI code); the Customer must then select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
By submitting the order through the Website—which constitutes a contractual offer—the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept this document and the Privacy Policy.
The contract between ESTETEAM SRL and the Customer is deemed concluded upon the Seller’s acceptance of the order.
This acceptance is communicated to the Customer via an order confirmation email, containing the order number, shipping and billing information, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics, and the total price, including any delivery charges.
Upon receiving the confirmation email, the Customer may modify the order until the update message appears in their Customer Area.
After this update, no further changes will be accepted; therefore, if the Customer is identified as a consumer, they must exercise their right of withdrawal, as provided by applicable law.
After receiving the order and verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information, ESTETEAM SRL will proceed to fulfill the order.
If one or more Products are unavailable, customer service will promptly notify the Customer via the contact channels provided by the Customer during registration.
Within 72 business hours of receiving notification that a Product is unavailable, the Customer may choose to wait for the Product to become available, according to the timeline indicated by the Seller, or cancel the order.
If the order is canceled with respect to the unavailable Products, any amounts already paid by the Customer will be refunded within 72 business hours via the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of the order will result in billing only for the Products that were shipped.
3. Product Information
Information and specifications regarding each individual Product are available on the corresponding page on the Website.
Visual representations of the Products, where available, are for illustrative purposes only.
Any changes to the Product’s packaging will not alter its quality or characteristics, as detailed in the corresponding product description.
4. Promotions – Discounts – Free Gifts
ESTETEAM SRL may include discount coupons inside packages, send them via email, or distribute them through partner websites; these coupons may be used by the date indicated on the coupon itself.
The discount coupon must be entered on the shopping cart page in the “Discount Code” field.
Once the code is applied, the system will update the total order amount to reflect the value of the coupon.
The use of coupons is governed by the following terms of use:
Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers;
Coupons have a fixed value or take the form of a percentage discount;
they have an expiration date indicated on the coupon itself;
Coupons do not entitle the holder to change, are non-refundable (in whole or in part), and must be used by the expiration date. The coupon may not be resold;
for fixed-amount coupon codes, if the face value indicated is not sufficient to cover the order total, the buyer may complete the order by paying the difference.
5. Prices and Shipping
Product prices are expressed in euros and listed on the relevant page.
Before proceeding with the purchase, the shopping cart section displays the total cost of the merchandise and the shipping fee.
Products sold are not subject to any import taxes or customs duties if the Product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, Products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties.
It is impossible to predict in any way whether and what costs would be incurred for customs clearance of the goods.

In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the Customer.
6. Payment and Billing Methods
6.1 Payment Methods
The Customer may pay for the Products and the related shipping and delivery charges by credit card, debit card, online payment service (PayPal, Scalapay), advance bank transfer, or cash on delivery:
Credit/Debit Card
Payment for Products purchased on the Website may be made by credit/debit card directly through the Website.
ESTETEAM SRL accepts credit and debit cards from the VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro networks. The accepted credit and debit cards are listed on the Website. The total amount due from the Customer is charged at the time the order is submitted.
In order to ensure the security of payments made on the Website and prevent any fraud, ESTETEAM SRL reserves the right to ask the Customer, via email, to send—by replying to the email received—a front-and-back copy of their valid ID card.
The Customer is required to submit the requested documents within the timeframe specified in the email.
If ESTETEAM SRL does not receive these documents within the timeframe specified in the request email, or if it receives expired or invalid documents, the contract shall be deemed terminated by operation of law pursuant to and for the purposes set forth in Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. and the order will consequently be canceled, without prejudice to ESTETEAM SRL’s right to compensation for any damages it may incur as a result of the Customer’s non-compliant conduct.
Termination of the contract—of which the Customer will be notified via email—will result in the cancellation of the order and the subsequent refund of the total amount due, if paid, via a credit to the same payment method used.
If ESTETEAM SRL receives the valid documentation requested in a timely manner, the delivery terms applicable to the order will begin on the date of receipt of such documentation.
ESTETEAM SRL uses a secure payment service that employs the SSL security protocol.
Confidential credit card information (e.g., cardholder name, card number, expiration date, security code) is encrypted and transmitted in this form to the payment processor.
ESTETEAM SRL therefore never has access to and does not store the credit or debit card information used by the Customer to pay for the Products, even when the Customer saves payment methods, with the sole exception of the cardholder’s name.
PayPal
PayPal is a fast and secure payment system used and widely adopted by most e-commerce sites.
Once this payment method is selected, the system communicates directly with PayPal in complete security; therefore, ESTETEAM SRL, as in the case described above, never has access to the payment method details.
The amount will be charged directly to the payment method associated with the PayPal account. The order amount will be charged to the PayPal account at the time the order is processed.
In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Payment by Advance Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must complete the transfer at the time of placing your order.
You will receive the bank details for making the payment in the order confirmation email.
If you do not receive the email after completing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact customer service to verify that the email address you entered is correct.
Products will be shipped only after payment has been credited; under no circumstances will ESTETEAM SRL accept a CRO (Confirmation of Receipt of Payment) and/or payment slips as proof of the transfer made to expedite order fulfillment.
6.2 Order Invoicing
If the purchase is made by a professional or a company, you may request an invoice during the ordering process by entering your billing information, including your tax ID and/or VAT number, certified email (PEC) address, or SDI code.
In this case, the invoice, in electronic format, will be transmitted to the Exchange System, and a courtesy copy will be sent via email to the address provided during purchase or registration.
The professional or company is responsible for correctly entering the billing information and is expressly informed that, if an invoice is not requested during the order process, it will not be possible to request one later.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process in the designated field.
All purchases will be delivered via express courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”).
ESTETEAM SRL is not liable for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.
If the Customer does not receive the confirmation email, they should check their spam or junk folder or, alternatively, contact customer service to verify that the email address provided is correct.
The Customer may track the status of the shipment using the tracking services provided by the Courier.
The shipping service includes an initial delivery attempt at the address provided at the time of the order.
A delivery notice will be left after each attempt.
A new delivery attempt will be scheduled.
If the package is not picked up during the second attempt, it will be held at the courier’s local branch and subsequently returned to the sender.
In the event of a return to the sender, the Customer may request a new shipment by paying only the costs of the new shipment, which will be indicated by ESTETEAM SRL via email.
8. Right of Withdrawal
This section applies only to Customers identified as “Consumers” pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The consumer, as provided by law, has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing a reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period, therefore, expires 14 days after the consumer or a third party—other than the carrier and designated by the consumer—takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must promptly notify ESTETEAM SRL (providing your name, physical address, and, if available, your phone number, fax number, and email address) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email).
If you withdraw from this contract, the amount paid for the purchase, minus shipping costs, will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day ESTETEAM SRL was informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund except, as stated above, for shipping costs already incurred. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer.
The consumer is liable only for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods themselves. The Customer is responsible for packaging the goods when returning them. If the Product is damaged, the return cannot be processed.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or for reasons related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
If you make a purchase using a VAT number, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return Instructions
To make a return, you must contact the Seller through the “Contact Us” section on the Website, providing the order number and date of purchase.
For a return to be valid, the Products must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, complete with all parts, components, and accessories, labels, and packaging, using the original packaging whenever possible, or, if that is not possible, using packaging suitable for protecting them from any damage or alteration.
ESTETEAM SRL reserves the right to inspect the Products upon receipt and to refuse the refund request if the Products do not meet the above requirements.
In the event of damage caused during return shipping, ESTETEAM SRL will notify the Customer within five (5) business days of receiving the goods, allowing the Customer to file a claim with the carrier used for shipping.
The damaged goods will be made available for return to the Customer, and the request for withdrawal will be canceled at the same time.
9. Warranty and Conformity Defects
In the event of conformity defects in Products sold by ESTETEAM SRL, the Customer must immediately contact customer service using the contact information provided on the Website.
All Products sold by ESTETEAM SRL are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty and a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To receive warranty service, the Customer must retain the sales receipt (or invoice-receipt) included in the package with the purchased Product. The manufacturer’s standard warranty is provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the documentation included inside the Product’s packaging.
10. Errors and Limitations of Liability
The information regarding the Products provided through the Website is constantly updated.
ESTETEAM SRL reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under this document.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnification, as well as from any contractual or extracontractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the failure to accept or fulfill an order, even partially.
All content on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and is intended solely to inform customers or potential customers, prior to purchase, about the Products sold by ESTETEAM SRL.
11. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted to ESTETEAM SRL using the contact information provided on the Website.
ESTETEAM SRL undertakes to respond to all requests received within a maximum of 10 business days.
12. Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers (ODR)
If you are a European citizen, you should be aware that the European Commission has made a tool dedicated to alternative dispute resolution available to all residents of Europe.
13. Joint Conciliation
Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer may avail themselves of the Joint Conciliation procedure. This procedure may be initiated if, after submitting a complaint to the company, the consumer has not received a response within thirty days or has received a response that they do not consider satisfactory. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and ESTETEAM SRL is deemed to have been entered into in Italy and is governed by Italian law.
For the resolution of disputes relating to the interpretation, performance, or termination of this contract or individual purchase orders, if the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, the court of the Customer’s municipality of residence or domicile—if located within Italian territory—shall have exclusive jurisdiction; in all other cases, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Court of Milan, to the exclusion of any other competent court.
Pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares that they have read and specifically accept the following articles of these General Terms and Conditions: 7, 10, 14.
